About Airport Express & Non-Apple devices

Hi. I have a question. I'm thinkning about getting an Express, and i have a Macbook, iPhone, iPad & Apple TV. Those will connect fine. But my girlfriend love her Windows laptop and her Android phone (i know, right. Why am i still together with her) but the question is...Does the AE allow Android phones and Windows PC's using the Wifi?

Wi-Fi is a standard protocol and will work fine with any regular wireless client.

My windows PC is faster on the airport express than my iphone 6 is. I get 60+ download speed with my windows PC on wifi, my iphone 6 pulls in 40 mpbs. Both connected via 5ghz.
