About AW S3 and Wifi

Im getting an AW soon and I am curious in a specific situation with the apple watch S3 non LTE, The park where i go to run offers Wifi, but its kind of far from the place that i leave my car and phone. Do I still get the notifications thought Wifi even if the iphone its not connected to any Wifi just 4G.

Once it’s a known WiFi I think you will, may take your phone the first time so you can connect it to that WiFi.
