macOS About Dashcode.

Hello. :)

I'm interested in making a Widget based on a Web-page. Like the one you can make on the Safari. [ Right click > Add to dashboard ]
But i want it to be downloadable and i don't know how to do that. I tried using Dashcode but it seems like you need to know how to code for using that. And i'm very bad at coding. So yeah i've been wondering if anyone can offer me of a way to make the Widget i want or can just teach me how to do that in Dashcode.
