Hi guys,

I'm a foreign student and nearly finish my study here in US.
I have a couple of questions.
1) If I break the contract and want to keep my iphone4, will AT&T charge me the retail price or just ETF.
2) Are they gonna take the free case back or charge me for the price of the free case I get.

Thanks for your input

AT&T will charge you the ETF, not the retail price of the phone.
You will be able to keep the case.

I believe that if you tell them you are leaving the country you won't be charged the EFT.

On Paper you will have to pay the ETF and you'll keep your cover. However as mentioned here, if you can prove that your studies are ending and you are leaving the country you have a very good chance for the ETF to be weave (not guarantee but it have been cases, no it worth to try)

Yeah it doesn't hurt to try.

Thanks for all replies.
