About jailbreaking Iphone 4 or 4S?

I was wondering is jailbreaking an Iphone 4 or 4S as easy as the Ipod touch? I have not jailbroke a Ipod touch, but I heard its easy.

Are there any risk in jailbreaking an Iphone 4 or 4S?

I live in Europe, I use pay as you go, I do not use contract.

Yes is basically the same process , read first every detail and backup you files , photos , everything incase something goes wrong (very minor) either way if something indeed goes wrong just put your device DFU mode and restore with itunes i know i cant wait to jailbreak my 4s as soon its available , currently only 4A devices can (iphone 4 , ipad 1 , ipod touch)

Like i say just read everything carefully and you shouldnt have any problems.
