I was wondering does jailbreaking an Iphone enable the user to send text message and use unlimited internet?

The thing is in my country the internet is overchage. You have to pay £12 a month for £10 calls with only a tiny bit cheaper. In my country there is no unlimited mobile internet.

For PC internet here are the price

1mb = £27.99
2mb = £54.99
8mb = £96.99 max speed

Gibraltar is the most overcharged place for internet and phones.

By the way I use Pay as you go option, since contract is just overcharged.

Unlimited internet -- no. Nothing you do to your device makes data free with your carrier. As for text messages -- look around at the JB text app options. You'd have to use something that uses data.

Jailbreaking just means having access to the file system. It does not allow you to hack your services. If all you are looking for is free text messages, then, you do not have to jailbreak. Look for free texting applications in the App Store.
