i don;t understand how using high end processors are cheap?

and what is this rumour of the sandy bridge> i have heard some stuff but whats it supposed to be?

Likely low-end (i3) Sandy Bridge for low-end (13") and mid class (i5) and high-end (i7) SB for higher end. It would make no sense to use high-end Arrandale because they are expensive
