which one is more efficient to get my warranty back without detecting my phone was jailbreak, restore as new phone or from backup after jailbreak?
i've read in someone's thread that we need to do a "reset" to our iphone before restore with itunes
in other threads, they said restore in DFU mode. i dont want to leave any evidence about jailbreak in my phone before i send it back to apple. sorry for my english. Please help!

there is green dot on the screen. they said i cant send it back to claim my warranty, but it was in jailbreak. so, normal restore with "set up as new phone" or DFU mode? i tought DFU only for iphone that already dead and cant turn on..

Either is fine as long as you setup as new.

No, DFU is a normal restore mode, not just for 'dead' phones.

Better do some research first....

In DFU restore, after that in the initial setup, setup as new

sorry too much question, im just new to ios :(
so there is 2 restore i have to right? confused >.<
or make the phone to DFU, then press restore and choose setup as new?

You will restore once. However, you will complete the restore with your phone in DFU mode.

Once the restore is completed and iTunes asks you whether you want to set up your phone as new or use a backup, select set up a new.
