So I have a problem with a newly purchased MBP and I want to return it tomorrow.

The computer still has access to my apple music account and information about bluetooth devices and wifi networks. Will this information be wiped by apple and the computer deauthorized from my apple ID? Just wondering because I cannot do this myself unfortunately (reinstalled big sur and now it won't let me create a new user in order to log in).

Thanks!

More than likely, you will need to go into your account when you get a working computer and deauthorize the previous model.
Unfortunately this is not possible since I already did this last than a year ago. Should I contact support in that case?

Regarding the blutooth/wifi, I take it that this will indeed be wiped out by apple?

The Wifi and BT will be wiped by Apple. As to the former, contact Apple support about that aspect. They may be able to adjust something on their end.

On the one your returning, under system preferences, completely just "Sign Out" of your iCloud account, that way it fully disconnects you from that machine.
