What are the prices in other stores in the US for the ipad mini 2? I live in Romania where there is no apple store and the other stores sell the ipad mini with 580 dollars the basic configuration, is this a fair price?

In the US, pricing in non-Apple stores tends to remain very close to Apple's

For example, consumers in the European Union are entitled to longer manufacturer's warranties, so Apple has to scale the price in accordance with that.
