About This Mac acting "funny"

I'm having a funny issue with About This Mac showing an excessively large number as category totals for used space.

Has anyone encountered this issue, and might possibly have a fix?

Those numbers come from the Spotlight index and the fact they are off like that indicates the index is corrupted. I have had it happen myself.

Run the command below in Terminal and it will reindex Spotlight and fix this. Give it some time to complete the reindex.

sudo mdutil -E /

Already tried that, didn't help.

I also have my whole drive show up as a Yellow bar with odd numbers for everything.
