About to sell, How do I clean the hard drive from everything but the OS

I'm about to sell my Macbook and I want to sell it with just the OS installed.

How do I remove everything else? Do I pop in the Snow leopard disc and do some kind of format/reinstall? Or is there another way?

Yes, you can put in your SL disc and run Disk Utility to erase the disk
Selecting Security Options will give you to opportunity to completely erase the data
If you are selling it and worried about your data, I would suggest the 7 pass option

Then you can just install the OS
