In the Vitals screen in the Health app there is a column for O2. Why is this here if Apple doesn't include/monitor it?

I found it. Odd it doesn't show in the vitals screen.
In the main Health menu under Respiratory it does show blood oxygen.

they do, Just not if you bought your watch in the US after January 2024. Or on the SE models.

Every other county has it (also with the SE exception)

I believe the problematic patent expires in 2028, so after that it should be back on US watches.

I just upgraded to an ultra 3 from a series 9, in vitals, I have Oxygen info up until the day I swapped.

I also use an app called auto sleep that still shows all of the information.

One of the things I like about 02 Buddy is that it records the automatic periodic O2 Sat the watch takes. I was not aware that the watch did this.
