Click to expand... they do, Just not if you bought your watch in the US after January 2024. Or on the SE models. Every other county has it (also with the SE exception) I believe the problematic patent expires in 2028, so after that it should be back on US watches. I just upgraded to an ultra 3 from a series 9, in vitals, I have Oxygen info up until the day I swapped. I also use an app called auto sleep that still shows all of the information.
