Anyone tried this yet? Looks like a brilliant way to manage notifications. I'm a total chicken when it comes to installing 1.0 releases on my prized jailbreak though. Curious if anyone has played with it yet and can provide details on stability.

I love it, got it right away and have had no issues at all. Great devs behind this one, I don't foresee having problems with it. I feel like this is going o be one of those must have, jailbreak for this alone, type of tweaks.

bah. whats the point of clearing notifications?

they are there for a reason - to notify you. and they shouldn't be obstructing any other information on your LS unless of course if you have it polluted with critical information such as the weather outside.

i just clear them when i am prepared to attend to the tasks they remind me of - which usually means having to access the phone anyway.

seriously some tweaks are really worth it, but this sort of silly stuff just adds to your cydia package list unnecessarily.

The ability to set a reminder for an alert is great, that is the primary thing I use it for.

you honestly need a second reminder?

how often do you look at your phone LS each day? a study has found that on average a person does this 18x.

that's more than once per hour and the notification will be there waiting for you.

Yes.

Once you unlock your phone the notification is not there next time you look at it.

It's great you don't have a need for it. You get to spend that $1.99 on anything else you want.

Me? I'd use this multiple times every single day. I'm not always opening my NC to see what I might need to follow up on. Having something that offers me a Snooze for a calendar entry or any other notification is something I have needed from the iPhone since I got the 3G. I'd pay $20 for this tweak if I had to.

Don't say it's just cluttering up someone's phone. You have no idea how other people use their phone.

Yeah, I hear you on this one. I tried it yesterday, but then my phone starting getting a little buggy (like all the other tweaks no longer working), so I uninstalled it for now. Will likely try it again upon next maintenance release.
Thanks, good to know I hold off on it then!

I get at least 10 notifications an hour w/out counting emails so clearing some is something I would use

Good idea. One person's bad experience is enough for me, too. I am holding off until Version 2.4.

It kept pushing me into safe mode, around 5 times today (I have minimal amount of tweaks) and always watch what I install. Since uninstalling, no problems. Think ill just stick to not clearing the notifications, like normal.

Do you have any other tweaks thy deal with notifications? I've had no crashes yet since installing it. What are you doing when it crashes to safe mode? Anything in particular?

Has not crashed for me, although the "add to lockscreen" showed up when I was first playing with it but now I have not been able to get it to reappear on any notifications.

"Add To Lockscreen" was not something I was really very interested in, but now tht you say that, I have never seen that option.
