ACAD/ADOBE conflict

Hi All

I have MAC osx lion,
I am running Autocad 13 as my drafting software, and also Adobe Acrobat X pro.
I use the Adobe for all my printing, why is it if I use both ACad and Adobe at the same time , Adobe freezes, I then have to force quit and reboot computer, is there any work around to stop this happening.
