Accedentally updated to wrong ipsw... can I get my old one back?

Hey guys,

So I sold my 3GS and am waiting for my iP4, and am using my girlfriends original iPhone with my sim card.

I plugged it into itunes and updated the OS, but its still has all her contacts on it. Is there any way to get the data from my 3GS onto this phone?

Does iTunes keep a back log of ipsw's?

Connect the phone and right click on it in itunes. Select restore backup. You should be able to choose another backup.

I have about 200 different backups I can choose from from over the past few years.
