Access accessories in a group

is there anyway to easily/quickly access the individual accessories in HomeKit that are grouped ?

I want to group the lights for normal use, but access the individual lights for automation etc. as far as I can tell once grouped I can’t do that.

This is a limitation only for the default Home app. You can use a third party HomeKit app to create automations for controlling individual devices within a group.

Using Siri is an easy and quick way to access and individual devices in a group.

So for example I have "kitchen right light" and "kitchen left light" grouped into "Kitchen Lights". Via the Home app it appears I would need to ungroup them to gain individual access. However if I say "Hey Siri turn on kitchen left light" only the left light comes on.
