IS there a way to do this? For example when I connect my Nexus 7 to my mac I can open the device and finder and go through it. I know iOS devices are made to be used through iTunes but I think that kinda sucks. I assume if there is a way to do this I will need to be jailbroken, but even then, is it possible?
