Access iphone 3g files

Ive jailbroken and installed cydia etc.

Ive tried to install open ssh but nothing comes up on the springboard.

I am using windows too.

How can i access the iphone files.

I am in with putty but it stays in the cmd

is there any way of actually being able to physicall view the files and move folder to folder?
