I have iCloud Photos enabled on my iPhone.
Photos are syncing to iCloud.

How do I access them from MacBook?

Is there another way than going to Safary->icloud.com and downloading them?

I would like to access them like in Microsoft case: Photos from Android phones are synced to OneDrive and then all of them are available automatically in Photos app in Windows computer.

Can I do the same with MacBook?

on the mac its usually done by opening Applications/Photos and put in yr iCloud details in its preferences then your iCloud synced photos will download into Photos on yr mac.
