** Solved** Reinstalled the latest ver without unistalling my iTunes and all is working as it should with no more "privileges" error.

Am attempting to log into my iTunes account and am getting this message box:

"You do not have enough access privileges for this operation". When I click the "Okay" button it dissappears. I then go to account signin and enter my Apple ID and Password and then get this "This action could not be completed. Try again". Any ideas on what is going on, thanks for any help.

iTunes Ver is 12.8.0.150

I tried booting in safe mode with now change and also setup a nother account on my macbook pro and no change with that. I was thinking about reinstalling iTunes and was wondering if I can just reinstall without unistalling my current iTunes. If I have to unistall I am not quite sure how to do this without making matters worse. Thanks for any help with this.
