Access Mac file in bootcamp?

Is there an easy way to share file between XP on Bootcamp and Mac OS?

I tried to setup a third partition formatted in Fat32 so that both systems could access it but I couldn't get it to work.

Should note that I do not want to setup my Bootcamp partition as Fat32.
