Hi all!

I was wondering how I could access my MacBook Pro's drive and resources with the lid closed. I saw that I could do that with my MacBook Air; while it was closed and in my backpack I still saw it on the left side of the Finder window and could access everything.

Is this a Back to My Mac thing? I have it running on both via iCloud. If not, how can I get my MacBook Pro to make its resources available with the lid closed like my MacBook Air does.

Thanks!

What are you using to access your closed MBA?

I just accessed it through the Finder on the left side.

People on this forum don't seem to realize that it's easier to google search something than it is to post on a forum and wait for someone to respond.

I do realize it's easier to Google something. I did so, and didn't find anything to answer my question. A forum is my last resort. As you can see from my join date, post date, and number of posts I don't do this often.

Instead of wasting time with variants of "Google it, n00b" posts, be productive and actually give me something I can use.
