access previous version of backups?

Hey

so i restored my iphone, and set it up as a new phone to test something, but i guess it made a backup by itself. Now when i want to restore from backup, it gives my the most recent one, which i dont want.

Is there any way to access previous iphone backups, im really desperate, lol
