The title says it.

Can someone with iOS 9 B2 ask Siri to play a song trough AM, do you need to type in your passcode or use TouchID?
 
If your device has touch id, the process activating Siri would eventually unlock your phone. So there is no difference.

If your device has no touch id, or you disable touch id unlock on device, I guess this is not related.

I don't have AM so I cannot test for you.
 
You don't need to unlock your phone to request a song via Apple Music.

You can even queue AM songs alongside on-device music by saying something like "Play X by X next" or "Add X by X to up next"
