Access the public folder on .mac by username? I feel stupid!

If someone gives me their username to access their .mac public folder, what will the URL be? The homepage.mac/user/? Because that just brings me to their homepage, not their folder.

While on a Mac, Finder -> Go Menu -> iDisk -> Other User's Public Folder.
