Access to selected photos only

Has anybody found a way to assign an album as the selected photos for an App?
I’ve created an album called “shared” and it would be great if I could have apps access only to that album. This would have to be in a dynamic way, so that whenever I add a photo to that album it is automatically recognised.
I cannot find a way to do this.

I should say, this is in the context of the new iOS14 feature that allows Apps to access only a subset of your photo library.
