Access to Smiles etc

I appear to have inadvertently disabled the ability to "bold' 'colour' use 'smilies' etc. Can some one help me to turn this feature back on

At the bottom under Miscellaneous, there is a dropbox for editor style. Make sure it is something other than Simple.
