Access USB drive connected to Airport Extreme with Infuse iOS

Hello,

Is there any way (that does not cost a monthly fee) to access your USB connected HD that is plugged into your Airport at home from a network away from home - using Firecore's Infuse for iOS?

It seems I can only access my Airport HD through my local network when I'm at home. I've been reading threads and following tutorials for a couple hours to no avail.

Any advice or links to tutorials that actually work?
