Does anyone know of a way to access your iPhone through your Mac wirelessly?

I'd like to be able to stream music from my Mac to my iPhone wireless so it can play music while attached to an iPod dock. It would also be beneficial and helpful to know if I can also add/subtract songs from iTunes and my iPhone.
