I recently updated from Monterey to Ventura and now I can't add programs to Accessibility (System Settings).
I'll try to add applications via the '+' but nothing happens.
Tried dragging them in via Finder but nothing happens.
I restarted the machine (M1 Mac Mini 2021) but that didn't seem to help.
I booted into Safe Mode, ran a First Aid, it found basically nothing wrong. Restarted back into Ventura and it was fine for a while.
But after my scheduled restart this morning, the problem is back.
