Accessibility Popup somehow appeared

I'm guessing this is some sort of accessibility setting, but can't seem to find it.

This popups now appear on the bottom left of my screen and tell me whatever is selected or where the mouse is. Any idea what could cause them?

Ah, somehow voiceover got turned on. That solved my problem.
