Just wondering if someone can help me... I used to have a setting on my phone where I could hold my finger on a piece of text and it would then appear much bigger, but in a speech bubble kind of thing.
This would work on absolutely everything, the browser, in every app, and even in the status bar where the battery indicator is.

Does anyone know which setting that is? Because I've tried to find it again and toggled on everything I can think of, but nothing will bring it back
Thanks for your help!

(PS. I know about the Aa text resizer, but that doesn't work on everything)

Settings > Accessibility > Hover Text looks like what you’re describing, but it seems to require a mouse, not just your finger. 🤷‍♂️

Had a go but that one doesn't seem to do anything with your finger. Maybe Apple have taken it away

They removed and then added back in iOS 17 the slight magnifier when holding your finger on text. It only works on selectable text, though. Try Settings > Accessibility > Zoom?

There's a few options in there but none of them seem to be the one. I've looked everywhere now, I think they must have removed it which is a shame because it was quite handy. it was a lot easier than zooming in the whole screen
