I have a home network, mac mini, MacBook Pro and a USB Hard-drive. My USB Hard-drive is connected to my mac mini and i want to access it from my MacBook Pro via the wireless network. How can I accomplish this?

Accessing a USB hard drive wirelessly

System Preferences > Sharing > File Sharing and add your drive to that folder's list on the left and add user to the user section on the right.
Though that adding to the folders section is not needed when you connect to the Mac with the HDD via your account credentials of that Mac.
