As I indicated in another thread, I'm having difficulty maintaining a connection to a particular wireless network on my MACs. It doesn't look like there's an easy solution to that issue, but I think I have a workaround.
I have a Windows Desktop PC, and two Mac laptops. The Windows PC is connected to a (fast) wireless network through it's own NIC, and to a wired network through an Airport Extreme (which is in turn connected to a slow wired network). The Macs (Snow Leopard) are connected to the Airport Extreme wirelessly.
What I'd like to do is to share my Windows wireless connection through the Airport network. I enabled Internet Connection Sharing on the PC (running Vista), but I can't figure out how to get the Macs to connect to the internet through the PC through the Airport Extreme.
Any ideas? Unfortunately, it's not a feasible solution to directly connect either Mac to the fast wireless network.
