I have a MAC100mb Iomega zip disk and want to access data that is stored on it. I have an internal Imoega Zip drive on a old PC. Any chance I could take that and hook it up to my Mac Pro desktop?
If not, is the best option to purchase a used external Iomega Zip Drive?

Thanks.

There actually is a chance you could do that. You would take the internal zip drive and put it in the second optical drive bay of the Mac Pro. I am pretty sure all internal Zip drives were EIDE so this should work. However, the drive will be loose in the bay as the bay is designed for something larger so you may have problems getting the disk in and out but the drive should work.
