Accessing files in iPhone 3GS

Can someone recommend a program that will allow me to access the files on my iPhone from my computer. Have an iPhone 3GS and computers running Win 7 64bit and Vista 64 bit. Also have access to one with xp service pack 3.

Would prefer to use the Win 7 64 bit computer if possible.

Need to access the folder for my Kindle app to side load some ebooks.

Looks like with that program I would have to jailbreak the phone and I really don't want to do that.

im close to 99.9% certain you need to be jailbroken to access the full file structure

Correction: You do NOT need open SSH for ifunbox to work! Don't install openSSH, if you do you will then have to change your root password. Avoid all that hassel.
