Accessing Files stored in Virtual Machine

Hi,

I have a MBP. I was working on some things in Windows with VMware Fusion. I know I can drag the file I need out to my desktop if I want it on my mac.

I was curious about any other way to access the files without dragging it out? I tried to look for the folder that stored all the files in Mac HD, but could not find it.
