Accessing IP Camera on Extended Network from Outside Network

I am trying to access my wireless IP cameras (Foscam FI9821w) from outside my network. My network looks like this:


AC Airport Extreme

Airport Express Airport Express

IP Camera IP Camera


Both airport express stations extend the network wirelessly. I am able to connect to the cameras from within my network. I know how to port forward, but I am not sure exactly if port forwarding works with my present configuration. I guess my first question is if the above configuration is conducive for port forwarding so the cameras can be accessed outside the network or do they need to be connected to the AC Extreme? If so, we can go from there.
