"Accessing iTunes Store"

Anyone else having this problem today? I can't seem to purchase anything... trying to buy, or even checking for downloads is resulting in the "Accessing iTunes Store" message being displayed with the spinny icon, but it never gets any further.

FYI: It's all been working fine for months... this is the first time I've run into this problem...

itunes store freezes at "accessing itunes," then itunes shuts down

I have also been having this problem for the past few days. I have no idea what's going on!

I've installed all of the updates, and I have never had a problem before.

I'm with you on this one: WTF?
