My son bought an ipod touch 5th gen. and work like to access the movies that I have on our NAS drive. he is able to access them using his macbook pro and now with the new ipod would like to use it to view movies. Can anyone suggest an app that works well.

What brand/manufacturer/model is the NAS drive? I have a buffalo NAS 2TB Drive in my home. I can help you:)

I did a quick google on iPod 5 viewing movies on NAS & one of the first hits was to the App Store for File Explorer. It's a free app, might be worth a look ??

Just looked at my ipad and checked out "Goodplayer". they have an app for iPod as well DL that and it works just as well as the iPad.

Thanks
