I recently formatted my MBP, and backed up my Mail Preferences, Mail Downloads, Mail, etc. on an external hard drive.
When I tried pushing the e-mail back from the external to my fresh install, Mail saw all the mail, but had issues accessing the attachments. I went ahead and started Mail off with a clean slate -- some of those e-mails had been there for years and I didn't need to access them anymore.
Well, now I do need to dig up a few important e-mails.
Is there a way for me to access the stored e-mails without over-writing the current e-mails I have? Is there a way for me to access just the individual e-mails I need, without having to move the whole mailbox over to my laptop?
