Can this be done?

I only use my iPod for podcasts, and with this new touch, I have to drill down through Music... More... Podcasts.

Thanks All...

Don't know of a way to put it on the home page, but you can move it from "More" to the bottom bar of the Music app. When you are in "More," there's an "Edit" button on the top left corner. Tap on this, and drag the Podcast icon into the bottom bar, replacing one of the other icons there.

Thanks, N_S,

Strikes me as daft that you can't do this... why have podcasts as a subset of Music when they're a different genre altogether?

But podcasts and music and audiobooks are all audio files, so it makes sense to have one app to listen to them. The mistake is in calling that app "Music," instead of something like "Audio." On the iPhone it's called "iPod," which makes a lot mre sense. Personally, I prefer not having extra icons cluttering up my home page, but I guess different strokes for different folks!
