I have been using BowTie for a while, however I have a bit of a problem. I have unchecked 'show Bowtie in menubar' and 'Bowtie icon in dock'. I now have no way of accessing (known to me) the preferences for the application. is there a way around this?

big problem

I did the same that the other guy that is asking but I also checked the "gadget" as a part of the desktop, so if I do right click on the bowtie gadget then nothing happens, does someone know what I need to do to get the preferences dialog back?

(sorry about my english, I am from Uruguay and people speak spanish here).

Search for the program in spotlight or double click on it in the applications folder? Then the menubar at the top should change to the program and you can interact from there.

I'm having the same problem, event this tip don't work.
I have another problem, bowtie don't recognize all the covers.

Sorry for the double post, I found a solution.
Just download a Bowtie theme (example) and open it. It will open Bowtie preferences.
