New to OSX. HI

Im trying to access my printers settings, so i can change it to B&W and to print draft only. how do i go aobut this, i cannot access the main settings

i have the new Alu macbook, canon iP1500 printer connected via USB,

clicking file in the program?. if thats it, then i cannot find printer features option.

shouldnt this be located in the system preferences?

if the printing window looks very small and unfeatured like below click the down arrow button.

then choose "Printer Features" and the features for your printer should show up and allow you to choose B&W and draft. my features will look different to yours as i use Gutenprint drivers to wireless print.
