Accessing TC drives through VM Fusion on MBA

I can't figure out how to see my TC Hard drive and external USB drive on my MBA through VM Fusion.

I installed both Bonjour and Airport but it still doesn't see the drive. I am able to see and connect to the drives when I'm on my MBA and I can also see and connect to them on my Dell PC (it recognized them automatically when I installed Airport).

I'm quite puzzled about this. I'm using XP Media Center Edition with Fusion.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the help.
