Accessing Time Capsule Remotely?

Can my files be accessed remotely off the time capsule if I don't have it connected to another computer? I just have my macbook air and would like to have access to some files when I travel.

I bet you can with a fixed IP address. Most ISP's offer this as an option (read: more money).

EDIT: Disregard - I saw "Time Machine" instead of "Time Capsule" (still might work, though!).

Sure. Just use Screen Sharing to get to the TM computer and do it.
