I moved to the UK a couple of years ago, and have been using my US itunes account with no problems. However, there are several apps that are country specific (e.g., BBC iplayer, Amazon UK, Dominos UK, etc.), and I don't have access to these while logged in under my US account.

How can I use the UK apps on my iphone while maintaining access to all of my paid apps through my US account?

Short version, you can't.

You need to create a UK account for iTunes.

EDIT
I wanted to explain a little, was just short on time when I posted.

You can create a UK account and retain your US account as well. When you download apps via your computer or phone they will all sync with no problem. You just need to make sure to authorize your computer(s) under both US and UK accounts.

I have been doing this for a long time now with my JP account. . . only lately have I had issues but it's unrelated.
