Accessing Windows-shared folders

Hi

I am using Windows 7 and Apple OS 10.6. I am trying to access my shared folder on my windows computer, wirelessly, from my mac.

I already have pc to mac file sharing set up. I just need to get it the other way around. The old directions I keep finding lead to me dead ends.
