Accessories with iPhone OS 3.0

Anyone who installed OS 3.0, have you had any problems with any of your accessories?

yes I have. It no longer works with my pioneer head unit in the car. It keeps giving error 19 which is usually do to a formatting issue. Unfortunately I cannot go back. I love the new features but that just defeats the purpose of having an iPhone for me and not to carry an extra iPod
